BALLOON BILL PROPOSED IN DELAWARE

BREAKING NEWS

 June 5, 2018 - Led by Senator Cathy Cloutier, a bill is being circulated in the Delaware legislature to gauge support for adding intentional balloon releases to the criminal misdemeanor ordinance.  See information below on the impacts of balloons on the environment and marine wildlife.  Call or email your state representative and senator now to ask that they support the bill.

How We're Helping

Founded in 2011, we are a community-based organization focused on making Delaware a better, cleaner, healthier place by reducing the use of single use plastic and encouraging zero waste practices.  With the help of our tireless volunteers, we provide educational programs, film screenings, discussions, special events, and undertake advocacy for policy changes at the state level and in local governments througout Delaware.
