TO REPORT THE USE OF EPS FOAM OR PLASTIC PICKS IN RESTAURANTS, OR STRAWS NOT REQUESTED:
SB51 went into effect on July 1, 2025. To file a complaint about a restaurant's health and safety in Delaware, including the use of EPS Foam for takeout containers or dining in, or providing plastic straws or picks when not requested, contact the Office of Food Protection (OFP), by calling the Consumer Complaint Hotline at 302-744-4736 or the main office at 302-744-4546.
TO REPORT RESIDENTIAL OR COMMERCIAL PROPERTIES WHICH ARE NOT RECYCLING AS REQUIRED BY STATE LAW:
